BRIEF. An office with the energy and presence that will reflect the Fast Track brand.
Chris, co-founder of Fast Track, had been visiting offices for weeks without success.
They were all impersonal spaces in “gray work”, which only generated more doubts and more negotiations.
With a full schedule and little time to devote to the project, it was clear to me: I wanted an office that was almost ready to move into, but with the energy and presence that reflected the Fast Track brand.
They were looking for a space with punch – one of those places that make you say “Wow!” when you walk in – without complications, without endless construction work and without compromising the image of a company in full expansion.
They wanted to do it fast, easy and well.

THE SOLUTION: An unexpected finding
After showing him a couple of options ready to go in, Chris said it with a chuckle, in the middle of the cab:
“This I had not seen… and it is precisely what I was looking for. Congratulations.”
We knew that among those options there was a clear winner: MAFIC.
An old workshop converted into an office, with more than 300 m² and an authentic industrial feel. Located on a pedestrian street and with a hidden garden inside, the space was an oasis of calm in the heart of the city.
A place that spoke for itself: different, genuine and full of life.
From our Studio, the objective was clear: touch the minimum, but add just enough.
The space had a very strong identity, and our job was to adapt it to the team’s needs without detracting from its personality.
Together with the architectural team:
- We closed a meeting room for 4 people.
- We added three phonebooths to maintain privacy without breaking the spaciousness of the space.
- And we created a new office on the upper floor, more spacious and comfortable for day-to-day use.
The result: an office with history, character and its own rhythm.
A place that reflects what Fast Track is all about: energy, agility and vision, all in the same space.
