THE STARTING POINT. An efficient office, with meeting room, storage and small office.
When Alexia, head of HR and Administration at OSF Digital, contacted us, she wasn’t looking for more space, she was looking for better space.
His office in 22@, designed for 20 to 30 people, had become too big: on average, only 5 to 10 people occupied it every day, and once a month about 15.
The result was an underutilized office – 60-70% empty – and a cost that did not reflect its actual use.
They were looking for an efficient office for 15 people, with meeting room, storage and small office.
And, above all, they wanted a streamlined, hassle-free process: a ready-to-go, all-inclusive solution.

THE SOLUTION: a space with light and purpose
The challenge was clear: to reduce meters without losing quality.
Thanks to our collaboration with Romestone (Smily), we found the perfect place: a 120 m² office on Mallorca Street, with floor-to-ceiling windows, natural light and the right balance between spaciousness and warmth.
A versatile and modern space, ready to be transformed into the new headquarters of OSF Digital.

STUDIO: redesigning with intelligence
From our Studio, we reimagined the distribution to take advantage of every meter without sacrificing comfort.
We converted one of the meeting rooms into a chill-out area, with a sofa and soft lighting, designed for informal conversations or a break between meetings.
In the main room, we added a closed storage room of 5 m² for corporate material.
The result:
- Open space for 14-16 people
- Meeting room for 8-10 people
- Cozy chill zone
- Closed office with dining room for 6-8
- 5 m² functional warehouse
A more balanced space, more efficient and more in line with your actual way of working.
A change of scale that proves that fewer meters can mean much more.
